there is hope after all!

i am in hope, idaho. there is hope after all! it is absolutely beautiful here. it's a town of probably 14 people, but it overlooks a glacial lake that reminds me of hawaii. it is 80 something degrees and i'm sitting at a picnic table in the shade having a corona. not bad! i gotta make it quick 'cause i'm on my friend's laptop, just wanted to check in.

we took a day off yesterday in sandpoint, idaho. very quaint town on the lake. i think it's lake pend oreille. same lake i'm still looking at right now. so beautiful. ehchanting even. something really really good. we went to the beach yesterday and took a nap in the shade. met some cool people in town that let us camp in their yard. we made a big pasta dinner as a thank you.
this trip has been amazing. i couldn't ask for anything more really. we'll be riding into montana this afternoon, then camping in ross creek cedars, apparently it's really nice there, amidst tall cedars by the creek. so they name it ross creek cedars. very logical!
anyway, i'll check in when i have more time to write. hope everyone is doing well...
